Confused Coyote

I was trying to get Totem to howl with me, but he got really confused and just tipped his head sideways and stared at me. He didn't know what I was doing.
I think I even offended him in his own language, because he ended up growling at one point, and he never growls at me! He ended up just licking my face though, so I must have done something right by way of apologizing for offending him. Funny boy. I love him.
